I wrote CLOCKBIG.EXE in QuickBasic 4.5 to have a few minor improvements
over a widely used digital clock for the PC screen:

- The numbers are larger, so you can see them better across the room

- I incorporated my GIVEBACK program to minimize the amount of time
taken from other programs executing simultaneously under DESQview.

- It is compressed using LZEXE, to occupy less disk space.

I'm considering adding:
- Day of the week in English
- Color
- Ability to toggle to a stopwatch mode (lap times, etc)

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
