A little resident utility that attempts to simulate a nonblinking cursor
(which is not supported by PC hardware). Download using protocol as
BLINK.COM. To install and turn blinking off, type BLINK OFF. To turn
blinking back on, type BLINK ON. If you have a "snowless" graphics adapter,
you can use BLINK OFF NOTRACE for faster operation. Won't work with all
programs/machines. New version should leave fewer "blobs" on the screen.
