HARD DISK SYSTEMS: It is best to first create a directory in which you want to
put the files. For example, if the program is a utilitiy, you might want to
create a directory called UTIL. To create a directory called UTIL, you would
simply type (at the C: or hard disk prompt):
MD\UTIL (and press the enter key)
If you get the message "Unable to create directory", is generally because the
directory has already been created. At which point you can proceed to the next
step, which is changing (going into) that directory. To change (or go into)
the directory UTIL, simply type (again at the C: or hard disk prompt):
CD\UTIL (and press the enter key)
After creating the directory, and changing to that directory, you must copy all
the files from the hard disk into the directory. To do that, simply type
(again at the C: or hard disk prompt):
COPY A:*.* (and press the enter key)
After copying all the files to the hard disk, you can now unZIP them one by
one or all at once. We recommend that you unZIP them one by one. To do this,
you must first get a directory of the ZIPPED files. To do this, just type
(again at the C: or hard disk prompt):
DIR *.ZIP (and press the enter key)
This will give you a list of files that are ZIPPED. (All ZIP files have an
extension of ".ZIP".) Now you can start UNZIPPING them. For example, to UNZIP
the file LABELS.ZIP, you would simply type (at the C: or hard disk prompt):
PKUNZIP LABELS (and press the enter key)
This will start the process of UNZIPPING. Which can take anywhere from a few
seconds to a bit longer on larger files. After the files are UNZIPPED, they
can be used. If you are unsure as to what to do at this point, just read the
instruction sheet on the back of your invoice. (After you UNZIP a ZIP file,
you can erase the ZIP file. It is no longer needed.)

For more information, refer to the instruction sheet on the back of the
invoice. The phone number for our technical support department is on the same
page.
