Considered by most Admirals in Starfleet to be the best captain in
the fleet, he commands the flagship with unique calm and reassurance.
Captain Picard is known for making the tough decisions and coming
out on top.
Previous to his post on the Enterprise, he commanded the U.S.S.
Stargazer. He is known for the famed "Picard maneuver" whereby a
starship performs a "warp burst" towards a ship before firing. Thus
appearing to enemy sensor arrays to be in two places at once.
Jean-Luc Picard is known for his fairness, equality, and loyalty to
the crew. He is an invaluable captain and has had tremendous
experience in command matters.
