TIP #1 If you use presliced Mozzarella cheese, you will find that the thick- ness of the slices vary from package to package. If you end up with 'thick' slices, you may have to put the cheese on before you slide the Pizza off the pan. If you don't, the crust will be done before your Mozzarella cheese has melted properly. TIP #2 If you find that the crust is burning and the cheese on top has not melted, slide the Pizza back on the pan for a couple of minutes. TIP #3 You never get burned when you use SUPER*LIST MANAGER - it works the first time - and every time. TIP #4 If you find your Pizza is too soft to slide off the pan, you didn't use enough flour. Use more flour the next time! TIP #5 If you have any chopped cheese left over and do not plan to use it in the next few days, freeze it. Chopped cheese tends to mold faster. TIP #6 Use leftover sauce in any italian dish calling for a tomato-type sauce or, better yet, save it for that midnight Pizza snack.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
