OH-NO'S

Okay, okay, I know, it's easy to kick them when they're down, but if you're a merciless Baltimore Orioles fan and happen to play Accolade's Hardball II, here's a new team for you to use. The Oh-No's are a "sort-of" version of the 1990 Orioles based on team stats as of mid-May, 1990.
You may want to change the file name of the team file. It has been uploaded as Team1111 and can be changed to the next consecutive number available according to how many teams you already have loaded in your Hardball II team path.
Once the name is changed (if you opt to do it), the team file should be transferred to the path where you have your other Hardball II team files (the Accolade default is HB2\). To use the Oh-No's in an actual game, follow the Hardball II manual, which basically provides that you load the team from the Manager screen.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
