v1.6d fixes:
o Some people were complaining about problems with weight
distribution. I think I have solved this. I simply wrote new GETNEW
routines to combat the problem.
o Users have mentioned that once you kill a monster, sometimes the
monster is still there. Simply attack the monster again, and the
apparition will dissapear.

v1.6c fixes:
o Paralysis for monsters was accidentaly left out on the movemon
rewrites. I put it back in.
