TO USE THIS TILESET:

1: If you already have a tile set with this file name, re-name this
file to any un-used, valid MJVGA tile set file name. MJVGA tile
sets must be named Vnn.TIS where the nn is any two-digit number
between 01 and 99. Some valid names are: V01.TIS, V02.TIS, V45.TIS,
etc.

2: Copy the new tile set file to your Mah Jongg -V-G-A- subdirectory.
You can now select the new tile set either from the command line
when loading MJVGA or with the "T" tile set select feature.
