Dear Apogee Game Player,

The BASH1.EXE enclosed in this archive is a drop-in replacement
for the BASH1.EXE that you already have in your Shareware version
of the game. If you have the registered version of the software,
DO NOT use this executable file.

Also, if you have not yet downloaded the full version of the software,
do that, as this file will only work on already installed versions
of the software. This BASH1.EXE file fixes these problems:

1) It was possible for the game to crash to DOS when you died. Fixed.

2) The Rockman on Level 4 near the end of the game would stand in
place and essentially "act invisible" if you shot him after he was
hit by a thrown knife. Fixed.

3) It was possible to artificially increase your score by the use of
the save game files. Fixed.

4) Some people could not get by the dragon at the end of Level 4, even
if they knew how to properly do it. This was due in part to some
other occurrances in the level. Fixed.

We are sorry for any inconvience these problems may have caused you.
