unmodified form (you are encouraged to do so); but, it is not free nor
is it in the public domain.

This is copyrighted material and you are granted permission to copy
it freely for evaluation and distribution purposes without paying a fee.
You are granted permission to copy Share-TAX/1040 for use in preparing
and reviewing actual tax returns only if you pay promptly as follows:

DOCUMENTATION

Complete documentation is in file STAX92.MAN, which is best viewed or
printed while running the program. Select the "About/View Manual" or
"Print/Print Manual" pull-down menu functions.


PRODUCT SUPPORT and ORDER LINE

Voice and FAX are provided at 214-296-8518.

The voice system will guide you through placing an order or leaving a
message.

To send a FAX, just press your SEND key. If for some reason that does
not work, then press "77#" anytime after the voice answer to activate
the FAX.

The latest version of Share-TAX/1040 will always be uploaded (under file
name "STAX92.ZIP") to Compuserve, GENIE and America OnLine. It will
also be distributed via the SDNet/Works!, a nationwide network of BBSs.
Therefore, it is likely that you can download the latest version from a
BBS local to you.


Using the INSTALL Program

If you received the program from a shareware distributor in "packed" form,
you must first "unpack" it according to their instructions (the fact that
you are reading this means that you probably have already done so).

Place the original diskette (or diskette containing unpacked files) in drive
"A:" or "B:". Then at the DOS prompt, type "A:INSTALL" or "B:INSTALL",
respectively, and answer the questions.
