Congratulations! You now have a copy of HOUSE MOUSE FOR WINDOWS
v1.0. This shareware amortization program offers:

* immediate re-calculation of monthly payments, total loan
interest and total cost as factors are varied
* graphs of interest and principal based on payment and
loan life
* selectable loan factors for calculation
* easy to use mouse-driven input screen
* printable graphs, schedule and comma delimited file (for
import into your favorite spreadsheet)

Please try out the program and register it if you choose to keep
it. Registration instructions are shown in the title screen.
