This file provides information for Shareware Distributors, Disk
Vendors, Computer Clubs and BBS SYSOPs who wish to distribute the
EliteCheck package.

Vendor Distribution Licensing Agreement
*******************************************

As the exclusive copyright holder for EliteCheck, Taewoong Jeon,
the author, authorizes distribution only in accordance with the
following restrictions.

The EliteCheck package is defined as containing all the materials
listed in the PACKING.LST file. If any files listed in the
PACKING.LST file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are missing, then
the package is not complete and must not be distributed. Please
contact the author to obtain a complete package suitable for
distribution.

Anyone wishing to charge people a fee for giving them a copy of
EliteCheck must have the written authorization of the author. If
you wish to receive a complete EliteCheck package of the latest
version, include $4 in your application to cover the cost of
shipping & handling. For distributors already recognized by the
Association of Shareware Professionals, this application is not
necessary.


TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION OF EliteCheck:

1. The EliteCheck package - including all related program files
and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and
must be distributed as a complete package.

Small additions to the package such as an introductory or
advertisement files are acceptable.

2. Your library's catalog or listing must state that this
program is not free, but is copyrighted software that is
provided to allow the user to evaluate it before paying.

3. The offering and sale of EliteCheck will be stopped at any
time the author so requests.

4. Registered versions are not permitted for distribution.

5. Problems or complaints will be reported to the author for
resolution.

The EliteCheck package may be distributed through on-line BBSs in
an archived (compressed) file without prior permission from the
author. For consistency and to help users locate the files, please
use the following archived file name:

If the version number is x.yz,

ECSxyz.ZIP

For example, ECS110.ZIP should be the archived file name for
EliteCheck 1.1.

If the program is compressed using some other file compression
method, then please use the name ECSxyz with the appropriate
extension (PAK, ARC, LZH, ZOO, etc.).

small business use. Powerful, yet amazingly easy to use. Lets
you record, void, reconcile and print all your transactions
quickly, accurately, and pleasantly. Adjusts balance
automatically on screen. Tracks outstanding transactions. Lets
you set up and use categories to specify what your income and
expenses are for. Produces income/budget reports. Permits up
to 30 accounts, 400 categories, 100 payees, and 32,767
transactions per account. All operations in menus, windows,
and full screen edits. Context-sensitive online help. You must
look and feel to see it how easy to use just like your
standard check register.
