Monochrome Values:

0 - Nondisplay
1 - Underline
7 - Normal video
9 - High intensity, underline
15 - High intensity
112 - Reverse video

Other values will produce one of the above attributes.

For blinking characters, add 128 to the values given for monochrome
or for color.
