If you are outside of the US, it is preferable to use a credit card,
or international money order. If you use a foreign check, then any
surcharges resulting from funds drawn from a non USA bank must be be
prepaid in addition to the registration cost.

Credit card processing is done by PSL. At my address, I can
only accept US postal money orders, international money orders,
and checks. Please allow 3 weeks delivery when sending a check.

To help guide the development UCALC, please answer the questions in
QUEST.DOC, and mail (or e-mail) it to me.
