This software, TUNE-IN(tm), is shareware. All users are granted a 30
day license by the author, David W. Carroll, for purposes of evaluation.
After such evaluation period has expired the user is expected to register
the program with the author. This method allows the user to try the
program for a while and determine whether or not is of use to them before
they commit financially to it.
The user may copy and/or distribute this original software freely, but
may not modify, alter, add to or detract from the contents in any manner.
The user may charge up to $5.00 for providing this service to other
potential users.
The author, David W. Carroll, retains all rights to this software,
TUNE-IN(tm). While the author has taken every step possible to assure
compatibility as well as safety to your system by using this software,
the author does not offer or imply any warranties or guaranties in using
this product.
Upon registering the user will receive the most recent version of
TUNE-IN(tm) with all "annoyances" removed. Additionally, all registered
users will be kept on a mailing list and advised of all updates to the
software. Registered users will be given the option of updating their
version of TUNE-IN(tm) at much reduced rates.
