this is the control input file for a test of the multiblock program.

the program is run in two steps. first, calculate water flow field with
a captial w on the f 2 data set. afterwards change this to capital ris
then run it again to obtain sediment concentration. a bug neccessitates
the two steps instead of wis on the f 2 set.
