RADIX 1.0 is an easy to use decimal, hex, octal, binary and character
conversion calculator. It employs as few keystrokes as possible to produce
results making it a pleasure to use. It also provides an appealing user
interface screen on both color and monochrome systems.

To use, highlight the type of entry you wish to convert from with the up and
down arrow keys or the key. Type in your entry and the conversions
will be automatically calculated and displayed.

The INSERT key will toggle the entry mode between insert and overtype modes.
The HOME, END, right and left arrow keys will reposition the cursor on the
current entry line for editing your input.

ESCape will terminate the program.

Maximum values that can be converted are:

Decimal: 4294967295
Hex: FFFFFFFF
Octal: 37777777777
Binary: 11111111111111111111111111111111
Char: ~~~~ (input from keyboard)
