***IMPORTANT AUTOMATIC UPGRADE INFORMATION*** - "IF" you are a REGISTERED USER
of any 1.5x version of MERLIN and are upgrading from this diskette, DO NOT copy
the MERLIN.COM or MERLIN.DAT files on this diskette to your hard drive! Your
registered MERLIN.COM file suppresses shareware messages built into the MERLIN
program and your MERLIN.DAT file contains your city's tracking location plus
the nearly 100 tracking locations and also any changes you may have made to
your MERLIN.DAT file. Copy all the files on this diskette EXCEPT these two!

At this point, I want to CAUTION you - No person or computer program, not even
MERLIN, can predict the future. ALWAYS pay close attention to the progress of
an approching storm, and heed the warnings of local authorities in your area.
If they say to evacuate, DO IT! The Twelve Hour Projection is the most recent
trend of the storm extended 12 hours into the future. There is NO guarantee
that the most recent trend will continue.

Atlantic storm names for the 1993 season are: Arlene, Bret, Cindy, Dennis,
Emily, Floyd, Gert, Harvey, Irene, Jose, Katrina, Lenny, Maria, Nate, Ophelia,
Philippe, Rita, Stan, Tammy, Vince and Wilma.
