Danny Michael Weeks
FBI Director William H. Webster announced today that Denny Michael Weeks, a
32-year-old prison escapee sought by the FBI, has been named as the 405th
addition to the FBI's list of "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives."
Weeks, who had been serving a life sentence for murder and armed robbery,
escaped with two other inmates from the Louisiana State Penitentiary on August
23, 1986. Following his escape, Weeks alledgedly kidnaped two women in separate
instances who were later released unharmed. Weeks also alledgedly robbed a
savings and loan association in San Antonio, Texas, and a bank in Tucson,
Arizona.
Born January 19, 1954, in Roswell, New Mexico, Weeks is described as a
6-foot-1-inch, 150-pound white male with blonde hair, blue eyes and a slender
build. Weeks has three scars on his abdomen. He has tattoos of a cross on his
right forearm; a panther on his chest; a cobra on his lower right forearm; a zig
zag man on his upper left arm; a peacock on his outer left forearm; and the word
"Louisiana" on the small of his back. Weeks, who has previously been employed
as an oil field worker, has used Social Security numbers 435-76-7081 and
435-76-7180. Weeks is reportedly a narcotics user who has been known to speak
Spanish and associate with drug addicts and motorcycle clubs. He has used the
following aliases: Robert Wayne Bullard, Jimmy Douglas, Bobby Salazar, Danny
Weeks, Flaco Weeks, Reggie Lynn Williams, Reggy Lynn Williams, and "Gato."
A Federal warrant was issued August 25, 1986, at Baton Rouge, Louisiana,
charging Weeks with Unlawful Interstate Flight to Avoid Confinement for the
crimes of Murder and Armed Robbery and at Houston, Texas, charging Weeks with
Kidnaping.
The FBI's "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives" program began on March 14, 1950, in
cooperation with the nation's media. Of the 377 fugitives apprehended since the
list's inception, 112 of those were arrested as a direct result of citizen
cooperation. Weeks is the eighth fugitive to be added to the list this year.
Anyone with information regarding Weeks is requested to take no action other
than to contact the nearest office of the FBI, the number of which can be found
on the first page of most telephone directories.
Weeks has reportedly carried a handgun in the past and should be considered
armed, extremely dangerous, and an escape risk.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
