Clustal is a package of programs that can align multiple macromolecular
sequences. Clustal is not included with ESEE but it is available from
Dr. Paul Sharp, Trinity College, Dublin (I think). The utility program
EseeClal, described in this file, will read an ESEE save file and
produce a data file that in a format that is acceptable to Clustal1.exe.
The operation of EseeClal is very similar to Esee2Fel and Esee2LWL,
which are described in considerable detail in the two files Read.Fel and
Read.LWL. Please consult those two files.

This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.
