Dear Users:

In response to a number of requests, I have created this archive as a
sample set of data and programs from the Micro World Data Base II disk-
ettes. Exploring the files and data found in my sample archive may help
you decide to (or not to!) download the entire 5 disk set.

In addition to README, you will find these files in the archive:

MWDB5.ALL Composite data file at resolution 5 (1 high <--> 5 low)
SATS.EXE View Earth from orbit by plotting MWDB5.ALL
WDBS.EXE Display a cylindrical projection map by plotting MWDB5.ALL

The five disks in the complete set contain 180,000 data points collated
into the topical files COAST (parts 1 and 2), ISLAND, RIVER, STATE, and
COUNTRY boundaries. Disk 5 contains the Pascal source for the plotting
programs, 8087 and non-8087 executable versions, and documentation.
