VGA2EGA converts ANY viewable 320x200x256 pic or ANY COLOR GIF (with
32 colors or more) to EGA 320x200x16, 640x200x16, 640x350x16 or VGA/EEGA
640x480x16 up to 800x600x16. Program features a unique color dithering
algorithm resulting is superb flesh tones and detail using only standard
EGA colors. Outputs are saved as a GIF file or 4 PCX files for RGBI color
plane separation. VGA users can convert their 320x200x256 creations and
present them with the closest possible rendition on systems that are
EGA-bound.

Update: Version 4: Extended EGA modes were distoreted - fixed.
Version 3: GIF saves were incorrect after first save - fixed.
Version 2: Totally new approach to EGA color-dithering.
