I use the following parameters in my autoexec:

c:\loadhi /r:2 tablet /2 /c4

TABLET.COM(TM) ver 1.0 is a tablet driver which can emulate Microsoft(R)'s
Mouse.com driver. TABLET.SYS is a system file that can be used in your
CONFIG.SYS file. TABLET.COM is a TSR (Terminate and Stay Resident) program that
can be run from the DOS command prompt or from a batch file, including the
autoexec.bat.

TABLET.SYS and TABLET.COM should NOT be loaded at the same time.

Usage: DEVICE=TABLET.SYS [Com Port] [Pointing Device] [Options]
or
TABLET.COM [Com Port] [Pointing Device] [Options]

Where: Com Port = /1 for Com Port 1
/2 for Com Port 2
/3 for Com Port 3, PS/2 models only
/4 for Com Port 4, PS/2 models only
/OFF to disable the driver

Pointing Device = /C4 for four-button cursor
/CP for stylus

OPTIONS: /A Absolute Tracking
/R Relative Tracking
(Following options work in relative mode only)
/S## Sets both horizontal and vertical sensitivity -
Range = 0 - 100, Default = 50
/H## Sets only the horizontal sensitivity -
Range = 0 - 100, Default = 50
/V## Sets only the vertical sensitivity -
Range = 0 - 100, Default = 50
