Page 8 of 14 POINTS

AcroSpin can display any object that can be drawn using lines (or, more
exactly, line segments) in three dimensions. The position of each line in
space is defined by the x, y, and z coordinates of its two endpoints.

As a special case of lines, AcroSpin can also display points. A point is
defined to be a line whose two endpoints are identical. You can freely mix
points and lines in a single object -- there is no need for any of the lines in
an object to be connected.

The next object, a spiral galaxy, shows an application of points.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
