This ist the first of three Graphics Libraries for the Printshop
converted from disks of public-domain Apple-version graphics
distributed by the Big Red Apple Club.

A normal IBM-formatted diskette (360K) will hold the three
Broderbund Graphics Libraries, this one, and two other
public domain libraries also available from this BBS. You
might want to rename the Broderbund libraries "graphic1.*"
thru "graphic3.*"; that's why these public-domain libraries
are named "graphic4.*" thru "graphic6.*".

Please note that the two files making up a Printshop library
must have names starting with "gr" to be recognized by the
Printshop. Use the "From other disk" option to use these graphics.

Here is a list of the graphics contained in this library -
if some of the names don't mean much, blame the artists,
not me - I just copied the names as they were on the original
Apple disk.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
