BBegin by shaping the seed to be a rough outline of the shape, tthen cover it as completely as possible with copies of itself. IIf you cover it perfectly, the resulting fractal will look just llike the seed. The square seed below is exactly covered by ffour copies. Pick Paint, and you get a square. wIf the seed isn't perfectly covered, every hole or overhang ppropagates throughout the shape on all levels. Shrink one copy tto make a "crack", and Paint to see it reflected throughout. PPlay around to get a feeling for it: Spin a part, or Insert aanother, and see how the resulting fractal changes. sFor more techniques and information, go to the Guidebook.
