Multiscr.exe & multiscr.ex1

Multiscr.exe outputs an error message & returns a non-zero in AL if
the file ebg.ect is not found, or is corrupted, or a Ctrl-C is typed.

Multiscr.ex1 does the same thing, but does not put out an error message.

Both programs return 0 in AL if there is no problem.
