Contents of the BATCHOVR.TXT file
Batchovr will convert the overscan register of all .GIF files
in a directory to the darkest palette entry. It will
overwrite the files it converts so be sure to use it only on
backup or easily recovered files.
There are only two modes:
1) BATCHOVR path will convert all .GIF files in.
2) BATCHOVR will prompt for the directory to use.
