echo kernel inside of the program file, for this machine's configuration. This
echo is an IMPORTANT step which MUST be done BEFORE you run WHET_III.EXE.

echo For those familiar with TUNE.EXE, be advised it has been compressed to save
echo space in the archive file. It will run as is, it is just smaller!

echo Please DO NOT change the command line in the batch file. It has been set to
echo tune the kernel using the most efficient method possible.
