The correct use of this command is:
WHATCHIP [/V] [/L]
WHATCHIP displays information about the memory in your computer.
WHATCHIP determines if a chipset from Chips and Technologies is present in
your computer. If so, WHATCHIP tells you which chipset you have, the amount
of RAM on the motherboard, and whether Shadow RAM is available.
With the NEAT chipset, Shadow RAM is available if there is at least 1024K of
RAM on the motherboard and memory relocation is disabled. With the AT/386
chipset, Shadow RAM is always available.
If you include the optional /V parameter, then WHATCHIP displays additional
technical information about the memory in your computer, including a
complete memory map of the system.
If you include the optional /L parameter, WHATCHIP displays the software
license and information on how to make Shadow RAM available to DOS.
