MHZ+ is another speedup program designed to get the fastest
possible speed from your CPU. It modifies the memory refresh
time in order to decrease CPU overhead time. This sounds
scary, but in actuallity is quite safe. Most CPU's default
for refreshing the memory is much lower than the memory chips
specification, so it is possible to decrease the refresh time
safely and free up the CPU for more important things.
Due to the large amount of complaints from people who tried
to use the MHZ+ Version 1 that attemps to calculate the proper
Memory refresh time itself, Version 2 is totally manual. You will
have to have some sort of benchmark program to determine which
setting is optimum for your system.
