LETTERMARKS is a set of macros for use with the Ami Pro word
processor, which provide a simple and natural way to enter the
special marks and characters used in French, German, Spanish, and
other languages which employ similar typography. LETTERMARKS lets
you enter these characters into new documents or edit them into
existing ones, without having to look up special codes or do
anything else out of the ordinary. Unlike other Ami Pro macros
intended to aid in entry of special characters, LETTERMARKS knows
about the specific typographic requirements of international
languages. It provides streamlined capabilities tuned to the
exact needs of each of these three languages, together with a set
of more general capabilities for the multilingual user.

The documentation file LMX.SAM may be read or printed through Ami
Pro, and you need to do this before beginning the user friendly
LETTERMARKS installation.

LETTERMARKS is shareware. Feel free to copy it, give it to your
friends, post it on bulletin boards, distribute it at computer
shows, as long as you keep all the distribution files together and
make no changes to any of them. You may use it for a trial period
of up to two weeks, but after that you must register your copy and
pay the modest license fee--as little as $10 for personal users
for all the computers you own, depending on how many languages you
want to use. Full terms of licensing arrangements are specified
in the documentation file.
