Anomalies

Definition

We use the word anomaly to mean any one of
the following:

INCORRECT IMPLEMENTATION. A command or function does
not execute as specified.

INCOMPLETE IMPLEMENTATION. A command or function does
not execute as specified in every use of the command or function.

DATA OR LOGICAL BOUNDARY LIMITATION. A command or
function cannot perform an operation at a specific data or logical
boundary.
