Under certain rare circumstances, if you had multiple related BROWSE windows and

PROAPI16 formerly utilized Upper Memory Blocks (above 640KB) to make more memory
available. This caused problems in a few peculiar memory configurations.
PROAPI16 no longer utilizes UMBs.
