Host mode v1.00a

This is an update to the Host Mode script for version 1.00 of Procomm Plus
Windows.

1. Fixed path problem when uploading files.

2. All settings are now restored when exiting Host Mode. Host mode would
not restore the ZMODEM, or Auto-Download settings in Setup.

3. The ONTIME field in the WAITFORCALL dialog box will now be properly
updated after a LOCAL LOGON as SYSOP.

4. Host Mode wil now accept lower case name and password entries in
the HOST.USR file.

5. The HOST.DNL file will now be displayed if it exists. A missing
backslash in the filename was the culprit.
