Contents of the DT_PATCH.DOC file
* DT_PATCH:
We've included the program DT_PATCH to allow the application of "patches"
(or field updates) to PROCOMM PLUS. These patches can change internal
PROCOMM PLUS values not accessible through the Setup facility. The syntax
for DT_PATCH is:
DT_PATCH [d:][path]filename[.ext] [/B]
where:
- [d:][path]filename[.ext] specifies the DT_PATCH control file to process
(the default extension is .DTP).
- /B forces a black and white display.
Note that you should only apply patches to backup copies of your programs.
Certain patches will not work on certain systems. Examine the comments in
each patch file to determine if the patch is appropriate for your system
and for this version of PROCOMM PLUS.
