ComMotion Evaluation

To create installation disks:

You need to have all three of the evaluation archives.

CMotion1.zip
CMotion2.zip
CMotion3.zip

De-compress these into a newly created directory.
Make sure you have 3 blank formatted floppy diskettes at least 720Kb in size
(1.2Mb or 1.44Mb is ok).

Place the first diskette into the floppy drive and type

Disk1 a: ( Where A: is the floppy drive you wish to use )

This will create the first disk.

Follow the same steps to create disks 2 and 3, substituting the
commands disk2 a: and disk3 a: appropriately.

To Install ComMotion Evaluation:

Once you have created the three disks, you can then go ahead and install
from them:
Run Windows.
Select File|Run
And type A:install (where A: is the floppy drive used)
The ComMotion Evaluation installtion will then proceed.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
