NDMAKE is a shareware make utility for MSDOS. For those unfamiliar
with `make', it is a utility that automates development of other
programs. This MSDOS version includes:

- auto response file generation to overcome the command line limit
- VPATH (find sources in alternate directories)
- full macro capability
- default rules
- looping over commands
