Contents of the READ.ME file
I found these files on a BBS, in some kind of weird "UNIX archive" format,
with Unix shell scripts to turn them into real files. As I have the
MKS Toolkit, which has a "sh" command, I gave it a whack on the scripts, and
it spewed out the rest of the files in this ZIP. These are FFT routines
in C. I have no idea whether they work; I just wanted to make them accessible.
