Converts TIFF (tagged interchange format file) images to FBM format.
Handles RGB color, mapped color, greyscale and 1bit files.

specifies which directory to read in a multi-part TIFF file.
.SH REQUIRED PACKAGES
You must have the libtiff.a program library to compile
and run tiff2fbm. This package is available by anonymous FTP

Should be usable as a filter, but that would require modification of the
TIFF library, which I am unwilling to do right now.
