WatchDog 1.20 is a resident utility designed
for BBS'es and other remote operated compu-
ters. It monitors the Carrier on a COM port,
and also detects hanging programs (e.g.
faulty doorways). If carrier is lost or a
program hangs, the computer is rebooted.
Reboot may be delayed to allow lazy-write
caches flush their data to disk.
NEW: reboot at a specific ring count.
