o You may not distribute modified copies of Waffle
without our explicit permission.

o You are permitted to modify Waffle in any manner
for your own use.

o Waffle is licensed for a single CPU only. You may run as
many copies on that one CPU as you wish.

o The DOS shareware release may be distributed without cost
through channels that do not charge for the privilege.

o Explicit permission is granted to online services
Compuserve, GEnie, Portal, UUNET, and other services with
similar charters to distribute the DOS shareware Waffle.

o The Unix version may only be distributed through our
organization or authorized resellers.

o The Waffle DOS version source code may only be distributed
through our organization or authorized resellers.

o Distribution copies of Waffle may not be unzipped,
repacked, and redistributed to the public. Vital directory
information is usually lost when this is done.
