==[ Output Format Toggle ]============================================

This command toggles the format of your downloadable packet. If it is
set to "QWK", your packet will be compatible with QWK-mail reader
software, and your packets will have the .QWK extension. If it is set
to "Text", your download packets will have the extension of the
archiver that created it (.ZIP, .LZH, .ARC or .ARJ) and will contain
several ASCII text files containing new files, new bulletins, and new
messages.
