==[ New Bulletins Toggle ]============================================

This command toggles whether or not new bulletins are included in your
downloadable packet. A bulletin is new if it was created after your
"last on date", which is configurable in TQM. If you toggle this
option off, bulletins will never be included.

You currently have the new bulletins toggle set to {BI.
