It's built into WWIV v4.21a, but you have to enable it:

1. In File XINIT.C:

#define EMS_XMS /* ADD */
#ifdef EMS_XMS /* SEARCH FOR */

2. Recompile. You can play around with adding files to the overlay (in the
makefile) to recover even more memory.
