Santronics Software is offering an annual priority service plan to
better serve customers. This optional plan is open to all new or old
registered Xpress users. The priority service lasts for a period of one
year.

Participants of an Xpress Priority Service (XPS) plan will receive an
XPS code for top priority service. XPS customers must provide their XPS
code when making all inquiries to Santronics Software. This will ensure
faster service.

þ Silver Xpress customers who registered a previous version after 1/1/93
are eligible for a free upgrade (except for the PRO version). Use the
order form or call 305-248-3204 to obtain a new registration code.

þ MAIL DOOR ONLY: PRO Editions are available for 4-10 node operations
and unlimited node operations.

þ To use Silver Xpress in a commercial organization or government
agency, it is necessary to purchase a single user license or a site
license if used by more than one person.

þ Subscription-based bulletin board services must register the Silver
Xpress Mail Door. Significant discounts are available for the Silver
Xpress Off-line Mail Reader to subscription-based BBS operations.
Call for more information on bundling opportunities.

þ Any VAR or System Integrator wishing to distribute Silver Xpress with
their system is required to obtain a distribution license from
Santronics Software. Call for details.

þ You may register this product using our BBS on-line credit card
service with American Express, Mastercard or Visa. BBS on-line credit
card registration is the fastest way to register Silver Xpress. Once
your credit card is validated, you will be given registration and
serial codes.

þ FidoNet Sysops may netmail the registration form to FidoNet: 1:135/382.

þ PC User or Network group discounts and commercial site purchase plans
are available. Please see the Group Discount and Site License Plans.

þ Every effort will be made to respond to questions. However, priority
service members will receive the quickest response. The Xpress
international echo mail conferences, XPRESS_SYSOP and XPRESS_SUPPORT
are also available on the Fidonet backbone.

þ Allow 7 (seven) working days for registration processing upon receipt
of order form.

þ Foreign registrations should allow 4-6 weeks for processing
registrations if ordered directly from Santronics Software. If you are
close to an official sales office, please register through the sales
office convenient for you.

þ Purchase Orders (PO) are allowed for orders of $100 US or more from
pre-approved companies. All orders are payable net 30 days.
