In order to encourage users to try ALL features of RBBS-PC, a "time lock"
has been placed on DOOR access and file downloads. You can NOT use these
features for the first {TL (mins:secs) of each session. You have been on
for {TE. Please try some of the other RBBS-PC functions, then return
to downloading and doors.
