Welcome to RAP V1.00!!

This version has a few new features as well as several bug-fixes. Some
of these swatted bugs included:

- System lockups when carrier lost on new users
- If you ACTION an invalid user, you were told that... and then you got
the "message sent" prompt anyways.
- On the local screen, the system would occasionally go brain-dead and
lose track of where the cursor was supposed to be. I *THINK* I
finally managed to kill this one!

New stuff:

- Made some file-handling improvements, things should be faster!
- USERS was changed to LOOKUP, function greatly enhanced.
- PROFILE command added, allows you to edit Personal Actions (which only
 you can use!), your Handle, and a user description that others will see
 when they look you up with LOOKUP
- Actions are now displayed on *YOUR* terminal as well
- The NODES command now shows users logged onto RemoteAccess, but not
 necessarily in the RemoteAccess Pub. Works only on RA-systems.
- If a user in RemoteAccess pages you, RAP will now stumble across the
 page and display it accordingly (English only).
- You can now PAGE a user anywhere in the RemoteAccess system, even if
 they're not in the RemoteAccess Pub (opposite of previous feature)
