RandQuot v0.1 beta
This was an unreleased test version of RandQuot. It was called using
"Randquot". It ran successfully without bugs on my
QuickBBS system for 3 months.

RandQuot v0.2 beta
Another unrealeased test version of RandQuot. It was run the same way
as version 0.1, but this version was rewritten for Remote Access v1.0

RandQuot v1.0
This version changed the way that RandQuot is run from the command
line. Instead of "RandQuot" it is "RandQuot", and the number of quotes
in the file is read from the first line in the file, making it easier to
change the qoute file and not have to rewrite your batch files. First release
version.
