1.0 The program is copyrighted material. You may use it on a
trial basis provided you do not violate the copyright and if
you follow these simple rules. Use of the program on a
regular basis requires registration.

1.1 You may not make any changes or modifications to the program
and you may not de-compile, disassemble, or otherwise
reverse-engineer it. You may not rent or lease it to others.

1.2 You may make copies of the program only under the terms of
the following section entitled "Limited License to Copy and
use".

1.3 You are explicitly disallowed from use or distribute the
program and documentation, if any one of the following is
true:
1) You charge money for explicit download access on
your system.
2) Your system is run by, or under control of any
kind of military institution.

2.0 LIMITED WARRANTY. DAK Software does not warrant that the
functions contained in the software will meet your
requirements or that the operation of the software will be
uninterrupted or error free. The warranty does not cover any
media or documentation which has been subjected to damage or
abuse by you. The software warranty does not cover any copy
of the software which has been altered or changed in any
way by you or others. DAK Software is not responsible for
problems caused by changes in the operating characteristics
of the computer hardware or operating system which are made
after the delivery of the software.

2.1 DAK SOFTWARE SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES
ARISING FROM ANY BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES EVEN IF DAK
SOFTWARE OR ITS AGENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES.

2.2 The warranties set forth above are in lieu of all other
express and implied warranties, whether oral, written, or
implied, and the remedies set forth above are your sole and
exclusive remedies.

3.0 INTEGRATION. This License constitutes the entire agreement
and understanding between the parties and supersedes any
prior agreement or understanding whether oral or written,
relating to the subject of this License. This Agreement may
only be modified by a written agreement signed by DAK
Software.

4.0 If you have got a strong feeling, that you have been reading
all this crap before it beats me.












LIMITED LICENSE TO COPY AND USE

o The program must be copied in unmodified form, complete
with any included files in the archive the program came
in.

o The full and unmodified accompanying documentation
must be included with the copy.

o No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or

from DAK Software. This includes disk vendors.

any other product or service without a specific license
